Pizza

Preparing our dough always takes three days. Due to the slow process, our pizzas are as light and healthy as possible. During the three-day process, all unhealthy ingredients such as sugar and yeast disappear. Therefore, our dough does not cause any swelling or other inconvenience.

3 € Prosciutto - air-dried ham, Ventricina - spicy salami, Buffalo mozzarella, Bresaola - air-dried beef, Vegan cheese, Cold smoked salmon, Burrata cheese, Parmesan cheese, Gorgonzola cheese, Pesto

6 € Whole Buffalo Mozzarella, Burrata cheese

If the pizza is shared between several plates, we charge 3€ extra for it.

Our pizza dough contains soy & our mozzarella has lactose. Please advise on all possible allergies, it is a pleasure for us to help you in them

All our pasta is handmade from fresh ingredients and always cooked "al dente". If you would like your pasta cooked or gluten-free, please let the waiter know.

For children under 12 years of age, we offer half portions at half price.

You can spend more time on the main course. It's something Vaelsa's kitchen is passionate about. We don't use any kind of biscuits, frozen or ready-made sauces. The broths for meat and fish dishes are made in-house from start to finish. All our meat comes from Finland.

Dolci

Dessert is never too much, but a sweet ending to a perfect meal. Paola swears by the goodness of pastries, which is why we offer a wide range of desserts.
